What are Nightmare New England's hours of operation?
On scheduled days of operation our ticket booths open at 6:00 p.m. and the Haunted Attractions open at 7:00 pm. The Main Ticket Booths close at 11:00 pm on Friday & Saturday evenings. On Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights of operation, the Ticket Booth closes at 10:00 pm.
For guests with VIP Ticket Admission, there is a Ticket Booth located in the Arcade near the Go-Kart Track. All Haunted Attractions open at 7:00 pm. For VIP guests, unlimited Funway Park activities of Mini-Golf, Go-Karts, and Batting Cages open at 3:00 pm on Fridays -- On Saturday, Sunday, and Monday-(10/8) the park activities open at 12 noon! On Wednesday (10/31) and Thursday dates we are open for haunting, the park officially opens at 5:00 pm.
The Haunted Attractions close approximately one hour after the Ticket Booth closes.
Please note, Go-Karts also close one hour after the Ticket Booth closes.
What are the prices for the different haunted houses?
General Admission to SpookyWorld & Nightmare New England - General Admission tickets are $34.99 on Friday and Saturday and $29.99 all other days. General Admission includes access to the Monster Midway and one-time admission to all SIX Haunted Attractions!
Super V.I.P. Admission (Amazing Value!) - VIP tickets are $59.99 on Friday and Saturday and $54.99 all other days. (VIP prices subject to change without notice)– VIP Admission includes UNLIMITED admission to all SIX Haunted Attractions! That’s right! Get the rock-star treatment and access to shorter lines--but that's not all!
VIP Admission gives access to the Monster Midway, UNLIMITED access to the Park all day and all night! Your VIP Wristband allows UNLIMITED *Go-Kart rides (voted #1 Go-Kart Track in New Hampshire!), also UNLIMITED access to both 18 hole Mini-Golf Courses, and Batting Cages!
*Please note, Go-Karts close one hour after ticket booths close for the evening. Friday & Saturday nights –close at 12 Midnight // Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday // close at 11:00 pm.
Are your attractions open if it rains?
On Friday & Saturday nights, we are open rain or shine. On Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights, if the weather forecasted is severe, we will make the decision to open or close by 3:00 pm. Please check the website before arriving.
Are the attractions the same this year?
Not all of the attractions are the same. Each year we make every effort to change, refresh, update and or add new Haunted Attractions
How long does it take to go through all the Haunted Attractions?
On slower evenings it will take approximately an hour and a half to two hours to go through all of our attractions, on busier nights it can take anywhere between 3 to 4 hours to visit all of our attractions.

Do I have to wait in line if I purchased tickets online?
Yes, you will need to visit the Ticket Booth on arrival to redeem your General or VIP Tickets purchased online. The on-line ticket redemption lines are shorter than regular ticket lines. All General Admission & VIP Tickets must be redeemed on arrival
Is there a way to avoid waiting in line at the Haunted Attractions?
Yes, by purchasing a VIP ticket you will have access to the fast pass lines which are much shorter and faster than General Admission lines.
Is it really scary?
Yes! We pride ourselves on being the scariest Halloween Scream Park New England!
Are there any age restrictions?
We leave the decision to the parents as they know their children better than we do and are able to decide upon what they can or cannot handle.
Do you have any chainsaws at your attraction?
Yes
Do you have any clowns at your attraction?
Absolutely!
Is it true that you have an attraction where I may get shocked?
Yes, we do have an attraction where you will be shocked by electricity.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes
Are there strobe lights?
Yes, some scenes contain strobe lights and we do have warnings posted outside the attractions that do.
Are the monsters allowed to touch you?
Absolutely not and we ask that you do not touch them.
Where can I find coupons?
You can sign up for our mailing list to receive a coupon online. We also have coupons available at many local businesses throughout New Hampshire & Massachusetts including most Dunkin Donuts locations, Spectrum publications, and from our other sponsors.
Are coupons valid every day?
Yes, coupons are valid every day and cannot be combined with any other offer.
For guests receiving Complimentary Tickets– these cannot be used on the blackout dates of October 19th, 20th, 26th & 27th.
Can I go in if I'm pregnant?
Yes
Can I wear my Halloween costume when I visit?
Costumes are only allowed the weekend of October 25th and on Halloween Night, October 31st. Please do not come in costume during other SpookyWorld/Nightmare New England nights of operation.
Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
Yes, we do have alcohol available.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only permitted on the midway and queue line areas; Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our Attractions.
Can we take flash photos of your haunted houses?
You may use cameras as much as you like outside of the Haunted Attractions. There is no photography allowed inside any of our Haunted Attractions.
Are there refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds.
