Are your attractions open if it rains?
Yes, we are open rain or shine.

Are the attractions the same this year?
No, we have made a lot of changes to our Attractions including the addition of a new never seen before haunted house!

What are the hours of operation?
Our ticket booths open at 6:00 p.m. and the Haunted Attractions open at *6:30 & 7:00 p.m. (* Willow’s Asylum & The Catacombs open at 6:30 p.m.)
Ticket booths close at 11:00 p.m. on weekends and 10:30 p.m. on weekdays. Attractions close approximately an hour and a half after the ticket booths close.
Please note, go-karts close one hour after ticket booths close.

What are the prices for the different haunted houses?
General Admission to SpookyWorld & Nightmare New England - General Admission tickets are $34.99 on Friday and Saturday and $29.99 all other days. Admission includes access to the Monster Midway, and admission to all SIX Haunted Attractions!

Super V.I.P. Admission (Best Value!) - VIP tickets are $59.99 on Friday and Saturday and $54.99 all other days. (VIP prices subject to change without notice)

Admission includes access to the Monster Midway, and UNLIMITED admission to all Six Haunted Attractions! That's right! Get the rock-star treatment and access much shorter waits in line to enter our Attractions!, but that's not all. Relax and warm yourself by our VIP only fire pit. This package also includes UNLIMITED access to the Park all day and all night! You will receive a wristband that gives you unlimited *go-kart rides (voted the #1 go-kart track in New Hampshire!) you will also have unlimited access to both of our 18 hole mini-golf courses and batting cages.
*Please note, go-karts close one hour after ticket booths close for the night.

How long does it take to go through all the haunted attractions?
On slower evenings it will take approximately an hour and a half to two hours to go through all of our attractions, on busier nights it can take anywhere between 3 to 4 hours to visit all of our attractions.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards.

Can I buy tickets in advance?
Yes, we sell tickets online at both of our websites.

Do I have to wait in line if I purchased my tickets online?
Yes, you will need to visit our online ticket redemption booth, this line is usually much shorter than our other ticket lines, you will need to redeem your online ticket at this booth for an on site attraction ticket.

Is there a way to avoid waiting in line?
Yes, by purchasing a VIP ticket you will have access to our fast pass lines which are much shorter and faster than our General Admission lines.

Is it really scary?
Yes! We pride ourselves on being one of the scariest Halloween Attractions in New England!

Are there any age restrictions?
We leave the decision to the parents as they know their children better than we do and are able to decide upon what they can or cannot handle.

Do you have any chainsaws at your attraction?
Yes

Do you have any clowns at your attraction?
Absolutely!

Is it true that you have an attraction where I may get shocked?
Yes, we do have an Attraction where you will be shocked by electricity.

Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes

Are there strobe lights?
Yes, some scenes contain strobe lights and we do have warnings posted outside the Attractions that do.

Are the monsters allowed to touch you?
Absolutely not and we ask that you do not touch them.

Where can I find coupons?
You can sign up for our mailing list to receive a coupon online. We also have coupons available at many local businesses throughout New Hampshire & Massachusetts including most Dunkin Donuts and Papa Ginos locations.

Are coupons valid every day?
Yes, coupons are valid every day and cannot be combined with any other offer. However, we do have four blackout dates where complimentary passes CANNOT be used. The blackout dates are October 14th, 15th, 21st & 22nd.

Can I go in if I'm pregnant?
Yes

Can I wear my Halloween costume when I visit?
Yes, we allow costumes during Halloween weekend. Costumes are not allowed prior to that weekend.

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
Yes, we do have alcohol available.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only permitted on the midway and queue line areas; Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our Attractions.

Can we take flash photos of your haunted houses?
You can use cameras as much as you like outside of the Attractions, no pictures are allowed inside the Attractions.

Are there refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds.
